Cambodia: Youth Capacity Building with Camping
In mid-February, TFCF Cambodia Branch Office called for the adolescents who had participated in the Youth Capacity Building Program last year. We held a two-day camping activity in Kirirom, the South-Western part of Cambodia. Not only did we look back at our work for the past year, but also envision our work for the year ahead. During the activity, our social workers led the adolescents to Sala Doung to learn about community development and to implement their environmental protectionism into action. The activity aimed to push the adolescents to transfer their experience into action and give back to the community they live in. Moreover, TFCF Cambodia Branch Office worked with the Kirirom Institute of Technology to help the adolescents find the direction they want to take in their lives through career exploration activities.
